Move On—Legacy Leaders

Moving on from the senior leader role to another opportunity or to retire can be very difficult for the legacy leader, the rest of the leadership team, and the company.

• Develop a leadership succession plan that sets out what, when and how major responsibilities will be transferred
• Articulate how the Legacy Leaders want to be remembered, what they have achieved, what is left to do, and how they can achieve that
• Facilitate the Senior Leadership transition process
