What Happens at the Workshop

This workshop targets:

• Persons who currently lead organizations
• Emerging leaders being developed to take over the leadership role

We review the basic principles of leadership, the behaviors (and their consequences) that get in the way of leadership, what fears lie beneath them, and strategies for working through those fears.

The session combines lecture, case study, and personal exercises to start executives on the way to discovering what motivates them to lead and what gets in their way.
